Pupil Projects 7-9
Activity 7:
Pupils researched the causes of modern day immigration to their localities. They explored the reasons why families choose to move to live in a new country. Some pupils also focused on families who may be forced to flee their home countries due to war and conflict. Each school focused on an art or ICT project depicting modern day immigration to their regions.

Activity 8:
As part of our project pupils in all schools have focused on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. This is a treaty which sets out the civil, political, economic, social, health and cultural rights of children.
Each school focused on one of the 54 different Articles that make up the Convention. Each school represented why their Article was important in a variety of ways.
Activity 9:
The last year of our Erasmus project focused on Environmental Education. Children all over Europe are concerned about how humans affect local and international ecosystems. Children in each school focused on environmental issues that particularly concerned them and represented these concerns in a variety of ways.
